From occupying a small office at State Financing Center II to becoming one of the exclusive marketing arms of Sta. Lucia Land Inc., Royale Homes Marketing Corporation (RHMC) has indeed raised up from its humble beginnings and evolved in to one of the most enduring and long running brands in the Philippine real estate marketing landscape.
Established in September 1994, RHMC was founded by three entrepreneurs Matilde P. Robles, Ma. Melinda A. Bernardino and Ma. Carmina A. Sotto. RHMC started out marketing real estate properties of Royale Homes Realty and Birdland Realty. In a short time of operation, RHMC quickly gained a name in the industry which caught the attention of its present property developer Sta. Lucia Land Incorporated (SLLI).
With SLLI, RHMC successfully marketed 65 prime projects, most notably its very first project under the partnership, Alta Vista de Subic Residential Estates which was launched in 1994.
Staying true to its overall mission of providing quality properties, RHMC persevered and constantly implemented innovation and productive changes in its services. Eventually, these virtuous efforts would produce major returns as RHMC continues to expand its modest office to 11 branches nationwide including Davao City which opened in 1997 and Dasmariñas which started operating in 2007.
Along with the expansion of its office is its implementation of a wider range of property types to meet the increasing demand for a sustainable and luxurious modern lifestyle. Since then, RHMC’s portfolio would include residential, commercial, industrial, condominiums, beach resorts, condotels, golf and leisure and lake communities.
