RHMC celebrates 25 solid years of serving needs of Filipino homebuyers
It all started with a vision to provide a clear cut path for clients to acquire their dream properties. Three women set out to become trailblazers to establish what would become as the country’s fastest-growing marketing arms in the real estate industry: Royale Homes Marketing Corporation.
Matilde P. Robles, Ma. Melinda A. Bernardino, and Ma. Carmina A. Sotto took a great leap in setting up RHMC in September of 1994. They had one goal in mind and that is acquiring the best parcels of land for their clients. From house and lot packages, residential lots, commercial lots, golf and leisure estates and beach resorts, RHMC has created the bridge to provide top-quality service to all Filipinos.
The humble beginnings of RHMC did not stifle them from providing the best projects to their clients. This led them to catch the attention of property giant Sta. Lucia Land Inc. (SLLI). Hand in hand with RHMC, they marketed 65 prime projects, most notably its very first project under the partnership, Alta Vista de Subic Residential Estates which was launched in 1994.
In keeping abreast with the times, RHMC continued to seek out new ways to connect clients with the ever-changing world of real estate. Innovations and productive changes were implemented in their services. And it paid off. Now, RHMC is at the forefront of providing marketing services as it now continues to expand to 11 branches nationwide including Pangasinan, Cabanatuan, Pampanga, Cavite, and Batangas.
Now on its 25th year of service, RHMC looks back on the road that was peppered with struggles and more than enough success. RHMC acknowledges that without its workforce, RHMC will not be where it is now.
Its dynamic and passionate workforce contributed greatly to its achievements. The sales brokers, partners, and associates became the life force which propelled RHMC to greater heights. RHMC looks after their employees by continuously providing avenues of learning through training programs and seminars. This helps them remain competitive key players in the real estate scene.

Today, Royale Homes has even gone global, opening up new markets abroad through its active participation in the Sta. Lucia Land Property Expo.
