As one of Sta. Lucia Land’s exclusive marketing arms, Royale Homes Marketing Corp. has been strengthening its position in real estate for more than three decades. With each passing year, it continues to welcome new and exciting developments.

The year 2025 was no exception, as more families reached the milestone of securing premium properties of their own.

Much of this success can be attributed to the dedication of its sales force. For this reason, the company generously rewarded those who delivered outstanding performances last year with a travel incentive to Shanghai, China.

Joined by top executives of Sta. Lucia Land, including president and CEO Exequiel D. Robles, the group made their way to some of the most iconic and prominent destinations across the vibrant city.

During the trip, the group visited the famous Oriental Pearl Tower, where they marveled at the spectacular view of the city skyline. For another striking perspective of the city, they also headed to the Shanghai Tower.

The waterfront area of the Bund was another destination on their itinerary, offering picturesque views and ideal backdrops for memorable photographs. The trip also included an exploration of Wuxi, where the group was transported to a destination known as “mini Kyoto,” as well as the ancient water town of Wuzhen, which they toured aboard traditional boats.

The travel incentive is one of the generous ways Royale Homes expresses its appreciation for the excellent service of its sales partners. Earlier this year, it also held its annual awards ceremony, where sales partners were honored with various titles and accolades.
